Deliveries & Policies

SHIPPING METHOD

Auntie Betsie uses TIKI for domestic deliveries and EMS Pos Indonesia for international deliveries.

For domestic deliveries, TIKI offers Regular and Fast Service. Regular Service takes 1-2 working days AFTER we deliver your order to TIKI; while Fast Service takes 1 working day AFTER we deliver your order to TIKI.

For International deliveries, TIKI takes 3-8 days depending on your delivery area.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We only process your order in our working days, from Monday to Saturday. We ship every day except Sundays.

Orders CONFIRMED (only via Webstore 'Confirm Payment' Menu) will be processed the NEXT DAY.  We will ship your order if there are no problems occur in terms of payment.

If you confirmed on SATURDAY (starting from 00.01 am), your order will be processed on Monday next week. We also do not process order on public holidays. Note that our order process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company. 

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  1. Auntie Betsie does not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the designated address.
  2. Customers are responsible if JNE can’t deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.
  3. If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer’s conditions.
  4. Auntie Betsie will give free shipping to the customer if we make mistakes in typing the address, etc.
  5. We also do not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company – both for sending and returning the product to us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns can be made if the goods are damaged – Free of Charge shipping applicable. You should email us manually to hello@auntiebetsie.com

RETURNS POLICY

  1. You should email us within 3 days after you receive the product. Please provide information why you want to return the product.
  2. We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can return the product and we will give you the designated address (Jakarta).
  3. You will then have 7 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back. Products have to be remained unused and keep all the tags and packing with them. 
  4. If after 7 days the goods are not received by us, we have authority to refund your purchase as Store Credit valid for 3 months. Exceptions can be made if the goods cannot be received because of the shipping company’s or our fault.

If the product you returned is sold out and we can’t replace it with new one, we will refund your money via Bank Transfers for domestic customers or PayPal for international customers. We also are not responsible in taxes and duties charged for international customers.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We can’t exchange goods purchased because of dislike of the colors/style. We have tried our best to give the most accurate colors in the computer screen. But due to different monitor display, the colors may appear differently.
