1.     I Have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock

Some of our most popular products will run out very quickly, so you do need to be quick and get it before someone  else does.  As we try to keep our products fresh.  Try contacting us via email, perhaps we have the product that you’re looking for is in stock for our offline events.

2.     Has my order been shipped out yet?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way.  From there it should be delivered within the timescale.  You can track most orders by logging into your AuntieBetsie.com account

3.     Do you have a shop?

Who needs a shop? All those rails to trawl through, the rummaging... then there's the getting there, the queuing... you know what it's like... We’re an online store, which means you can shop with us 24 hours a day, and you don’t even have to carry you own shopping home, because we’ll deliver it to your front door. 

But if you still want to see the physical product, and we usually have one or two stand/booth in a month around Jakarta area, but you need to check our website regularly to see an update of the upcoming events.

4.     What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

5.     Are Auntie Betsie Products manufactured in Indonesia?

Yes, we’re proudly made in Indonesia 

6.     Do I need to sign up an account to order?

You can browse our webstore but if you want to order, then you need to sign up.

7.     Do you accept credit card payments?

As for now we only accept bank transfer or payment via paypal (coming soon!)

8.     Can I cancel my order?

We will hold your products 3 days after you submit your order.  After 3 days if we don’t receive your payment, your order will cancel automatically.

9.     Can I add an item to my order after I submit an order?

You cannot, you need to start again.
